Tweed Case ID?

I've got a Fender tweed case. I doubt it's original, but I bought it years ago in Nashville just before the "vintage" craze hit. Can anyone help me ID it?

It has Cheney latches so that makes me wonder if it's a reissue. Did they use Cheney latches on the originals?

Either way I need to sell it. I don't use it anymore.

If so what is it worth? I have no clue. If it really it would have to be a 1955 or so. Anyone else?
