I'm not really a reader but recently I've been reading the biography on Slash and Clapton.

I just started Eric Clapton's autobiography and have Victor Wooten's "The Music Lesson" in line after that.

The Ballad of Joe Strummer and Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse Five (it's one I can read over and over and over again).

I've read Slaughterhous Five at least three times, Cats Cradle maybe Ten times, Breakfast of Champions around Five times, Bluebeard Three times, Mother Night about Ten..... If I had to choose one Author to read for the rest of my life, I'd pick Vonnegut without thinking. I even refrain from reading some of his stuff, so I'll have new Vonnegut to look forward to. I haven't read Sirens of Titan, or Player Piano or anything from the '90's yet (except God Bless You Dr. Kevorkian. Wierd Story.)

I'm currently reading something unrelated to music but compelling and agonizing. It's "The Soprano State" and it's all about the political goings on in my wonderful state of New Jersey. I know that politics in general are not especially "squeaky clean" but New Jersey takes the prize. One of the reasons we are the laughing stock of the rest of the nation. It's a book that just makes you shake your head, then shake your fist.

I just found my Copy of Bagambo Snuff Box, so I'm reading Vonnegut Short Stories, Starting Tonight with a Mr. Helmoltz story, maybe "The No Talent Kid", or "The Boy Who Hated Girls".
