My Korg CA-30 met with an unfortunate accident, so I'm in the market for a new tuner. I loved that little guy...compact, works great and a steal at 20 bucks. Should I just pick up another one or am I missing out on some other better tuner?

Korg makes good tuners with good prices...nothing wrong with that. I have used them for years. Although some would argue that you need to get some sort of strobe tuner to get the best tuning or something, but I would be really interested to see sort sort of blind test where some guitars were tuned up with some expensive strobe, and some others with various price ranged tuners, and see if there really is any major, noticeable difference between what each tuner indicates as "in tune" for the different guitars.

I own a number of Korg CA-30's, a few Intelli Clip on tuners for acustics without a inboard tuner and on my pedal board a Boss TU-2 Chromatic pedal. they all work fine and I wouldn't change a thing. Just get another CA-30, they take a beating and keep on tuning

I have a BOSS TU-80 and it's absolutely great. It's a metronome as well, might come in handy once in a while.
