Im in a three peice band right now and we just worked up Wishing Well by Spooky Tooth and later done by Black Foot. Cool song easy to work up and we get a good response from it. Hope this will help you.

The band I play with gets a good crowd reaction when we play Sweet Home Chicago. There are a million different versions of the song, but its basically a 12 bar blues standard. If you learn some I-IV-V progressions, it opens a world of songs that are fairly easy and fun to play live.
