I purchased this pedal last July. Since then, I have had to send it back to the factory for repair three(3) times. Apparrently, the pedal kept getting a high voltage Electrostatic Discharge, (ESD), that was frying the switching FET transistors.

This last time they got the upper level engineers involved, (even Jim Dunlop himself), resulting in an engineering change order that retrofits some diodes in strategic locations to shunt ESD voltages to ground.

I am hoping this is going to work this time. My Boss Digital Delay, (DD-3), is broken also and I have to send that one into L.A for repair. At least Dunlop didn't charge me anything for the repair. Roland, on the other hand, is going to charge me $35+ for the repair. That is on top of the shipping charges. I'm tempted to just throw it in the trash.
