22 days smoke free now! was just wondering how the zyban was working for niki and how the Freeze is holding up.

Hey Gang- 2 weeks in and doing great. Using a patch to keep me from getting too grumpy. I am feeling good about this.

When I get home from work...instead of smoking I am working on my garage studio and playing guitar.

just in case you all have forgotten about me lol I'm battling along I've cut way down but still cant seem to quit. I'm giving my self a week from today to quit before i go to the doctor and try drugs :( i would really like to quit with out using pills or other artificial methods. the time is now.......

Dont sell the patches short hawk, they work wonders.
