Because I love my "new"1997 Fender American Roadhouse Strat I did a quick tune and added it to my myspace page
its called "Roadhouse Raga"
its just one stereo track the drum machine and the guitar no fancy recording tricks so its raw as hell and myspace cut the last 20 seconds or so and I noticed that myspace playback has a lot of artifacts and dropouts but this isn't up for a grammy so what the heck. please go here and "Viva La Strat"

Thanks for the kind words
Yes thats me on one of my old boards.
I wrote that(still kinda working on it) when my grandmother died,I was raised by her and even though I miss her like crazy I know she feels better because she doesn't hurt anymore. She talked about the pain for years and then she went on her painless journey(kinda corny huh?)
I am playing it on the 80's vint Casio DM100 its a dual keyed board which allows you to mix 2 sounds and I think it soundes cool in a mix. The 2 track ditty you hear on My Myspace is just the board alone as I eliminated the drum track on it as I thought it sucked. I will develope it further at some point.

Not corny at all. I'm certain it is a great release.

Keep it coming, eyerish.

This is some time ago, almost doesn't seem like now.

I really liked the part after the main melody with the droning going on, very nice.

Thanks guys I appreciate the kind words. Your right SBLS. I realized I had not put up a picture of the guitar in question so I rectified that ommission.
I also had a couple more bits of my attempts at music on there so I was hoping to have them listened to as well. I hoped to bring new listeners in also.

The droning was done with note choice and a phaser. Thanks

Also not that it matters but I have been asked. The tune Roadhouse Raga is a two track ditty as in left and right. Drum machine and guitar. No overdubs. All that, is one take of me playing the guitar to a drum track. The phaser makes it seem like an overdub but its not.
