I still have it. It's a Squier Affinity Strat. Even though I have a Fender MIM Strat, a Gibson Les Paul, and a few others, I still play it like crazy.

I don't. well, maybe I can get by on a technicallity:

the first was a beyond cheap acoustic that my dad bought for the whole family. It was not very playable, and it was destroyed by other people.(My dad's girlfriends kids.)

However, when I got a paper route, i bought my own guitar(also cheap, but no one else could touch it,). A few years later I got an electric(this is when I really buckled down and got into playing,) I still have both of these, and in fact aside from 2 guitars that were stolen (both Yamaha's-one a nice LP copy,)that were stolen, on separate occasions, and an amp that started on fire ( hehe,) I think I have every major piece of gear i have ever owned.
I know i have ditched some effects pedals(don't really like em so don't care,)
one of those rockman mini amp things(kinda miss, but not really,) but nothing elseas far as guitars an amps.

I do but only because I haven't been playing long enough to have to sell it to support getting another.

I still have my first Guitar and my Second.

My Second is an All White Fender Stratocaster and has been my main axe ever since so it has been real easy to keep.

Still got mine!!! It is a late 1950s-early 1960s Kay acoustic that was in my family, passed down to me. I was the only one that learned how to play it.ImageIt is playable, but a little rough around the edges. I still love it!!
I wish I still had my first electric, a 1979 Fender Musicmaster I bought new in '79(well, my Mom bought it new for me!!) I sold it to a friend, and he destroyed it. Ugh!!

I have my first good guitar still.

My first was a plastic 6 string--yes it was a toy guitar--but it was 6 strings--they touched the nut--and had good action--they were tunable as well. So it was actually a pretty good toy guitar.

It was broken a couple of times, and became garbage.

My first wood guitar was a "K-Mart" special--and not that good. After I got my first real guitar--a MIJ classical--I sold the K-Mart one for the same price I paid for it--and have never missed it.

I still have every guitar I've got since then. The Toy & the K-Mart one are the only ones I don't have. And that's fine by me.

I still own my first guitar which is is probaply made by carpenter either in Iceland or Denmark. My grandmother owned it and gave it to me when I was a kid (somewhere between 6-10 years old, 15-20 years ago :? ) I used to play with it but I never learned anything on it. When my cousin, who was living with my grandparents at the time, heard about me getting the guitar he got so jealous that eventully our granddad gave him a old mandolin which my granddad owned. My cousin used to bang on it while listening to heavy metal 8) .

But now I'm thinking about having that old guitar restored by a professional while I am learning on my Fender CD60 sunburst 8)

I still have my first guitar. :D
It's a Lyon (a brand by Washburn) black-and-white electric. It still needs to be set up because the strings buzz whenever I fret them, but other than that, it's a great guitar. :)
I've only been playing for a year and a few months (and I love playing!), but I know that I'll always keep that guitar.

Yes, I still have the 6-string on the left in this picture; it is my first guitar, which my dad gave to me in the early 1970's:
