The dish was a fricassee, with at least 16 sweet and sour ingredients.

Appreciated your observation. The formalities can be left at the door. Come in, sit down, and crack open a cold one...that's if.....you're legal.

I often wait until I get a sense of the direction of the thread before a launch into one these. Far too many appear to have been necessary. What we are about has to be stressed most strongly.

Hang in there and enjoy. You are in for a great ride.

Fender Has lost their trademark lawsuit ( its Public Domain now )
John hall CEO posted it on the Rickenbacker form.
I guess anybody can make them including Rickenbacker and they have letter signed by leo fender that they can and never has been recinended If they did they would be they would be made in the USA

As of March 25, 2009
The first 4 pages are company names that went against fender. It is a 75 page document with things like testamony from people like Stuart Spector, Michael Tobias and others.
Judges noted there is no destictivness do to opposser and third party uses.and something about the body shape is generic. I have not read the whole document just read some of it yesterday.

Why simply because of their point of origin? Its simply not the case that american built is better than anything else. If it was then honda and toyota wouldnt have a market in america. Also american cars would sell well in europe. Even the mighty longstanding ford have to redesign for the world market. We wont accept sloppy handling and nothing but striaghtline power of the old american designed cars. Although they are beautifull looking cars. The same can be said of guitars. Remember the guitar is not an american instrument. Companies like viger, esp, caparison have a lot to offer then dont forget about the smaller companies like eggle and birch. They all build a better guitar than the standard strat for much the same money but not so readily available. The usa strat is the best mass produced and quality to price ratio'd strat, even though the majority of its parts are not usa made. Take the blinkers off mate theres a lot more to see.
