Most of the most importent, like Hendrix have been mentioned, and dont forget Richard Manuel and Rick Danko from the band. Both with a fantastic voices, and both of them were great at their instruments.

And not to forget one you most likely heard of, the great Norwegian blues rock player Marius Müller. I dont think anyone outside outside Norway have heard of him, but every blues interested Norwegian have. He died in a car acident on the way to a gig.

Hehe, yeah thats a great song. What many people don't realise is that he had so many other great songs. He did covers off Hendrix, John Lee Hooker and Phil Lynot. Im sure he could have been a star if he hadn't died in that car acident (hmm, thats not how its written is it).
