ACC Go! Seven of the ACC's 12 teams are in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. Toughfest division there is.
Who are you rooting for?

Can't tell yet I don't really like any of the teams, nice to see some basketball fans here though.

its funny , no one up here follows US college basketball (well, i know one girl who is a fanatic,) yet I am in 3 different bracket pools. Everyone who knows nothing about basketball becomes an instant expert, lol.

i just fake it, I have a pretty good record in my pools over the years, but it has nothing to do with any kind of knowledge.

I have Louisville, UNC, UConn, Villanova for the final four. UNC v. UConn in the championship game. UNC wins.

I'm playing the Yahoo bracket, one at work, and possibly Facebook.

I love the March Madness...I chose Kansas to win it all last year. As the poster above me stated it has more to do with luck and intuition than anything. 8)

Any of you start faking the sniffles/cough at work yet? to start laying the ground work for being sick for Thursday?

Tomorrow work up to the dry cough, and runny eyes. Constantly rub them.

Wednesday you keep that up, but constantly eat dry saltine crackers when no one is looking, so your mouth gets super dry, and your voice cracks.

The goal is to actually have your boss send you home, not you ask to go, or call in.
That way you look like a trooper, and no one suspects you have a beer in hand, and are glued to the couch.

As a former student at UNC Chapel Hill my heart belongs to the Tarheels. I do not get as excited as I did when I was younger. I was a Junior when Micheal Jordan was a Freshman...

It should be an interesting tournament...If Carolina doesn't make it to the final 4 I'll be disapointed. I just hope Ty Lawson's toe is ready to go. He will be the key to getting the Heels to the championship.

Best of luck in all your bracket choices.

also doesn't hurt to start complaining about the kids being sick (if you have any.)

Im a WVU grad, but a HUGE Kentucky fan (rough couple years) - so, looks like im gonna have to pull for WVU to make a few upsets, but pulling for L'ville to go the distance - Still love Pitino even though he is coaching the enemy!!

Should be a good tournament!

I will be in a few bracket like last year. I had a good year then a group of 10 put 100. in each and winner took 500.00 and 2nd 300..00 3rd 200.00 I got 2nd and the same bracket got me 50.00 in one with My Son and his Friends, 1st.

Our local teams to get in this year are Maryland Terps and Morgan State Bears. The UMBC Retrievers lost to Binghamton in the Amerca East  but the ACC got 7 teams in :D

My wife is a bigger sports fan than most men. She never misses a game on tv, radio, in person if I take her. Does not matter what sport as long as the teams are LSU or The Saints. I could care less myself. One good thing it keeps her busy! The SEC is not much of a basketball conference except Kentucky who used to always win. I expect LSU to go one and out of the tournament this year. That's all I know about sports.(what she tells me)

Well fhopkins my friend, time for a lesson in NCAA basketball!! I gotta call ya out on the "SEC not being much of a basketball conference" - The SEC is quite the basketball conference - the last several years have been rough for them, teams havent been as good as they were in the past, other than Florida, I think they won a championship or something didnt they? lol - A few years before that you had unstopable Arkansas teams, Tennesse usually has a decent team - Then of course there is Kentucky, one of the top teams in the county- 10 years ago, they were unstopable - Yes, they have had a rough patch due to down right shi**y coaching, but hopefully that will change soon! UK has a great team this year, just couldnt pull anything together early

Id like to see LSU go further than the first round! lol

ACC is tough right now, and with Duke and UNC in the mix, they are always gonna be up there as a top conference
