I have a new favorite acoustic song to play, it is SHERYL CROWS ALL I WANNA DO. I know that she isn't a guitar hero, however her stuff is fun to play. 8)

I don't play acoustic much, but when I do I'll tune to an open E and play "Little Martha" by Duane Allman. :D Then I'll pull out the slide and play some old traditional blues stuff. 8)
