Sorry, No link. It's in the printed 2009 Fender Frontline. I guess you would have to have a copy.

You folks can get them at your local Fender dealer. I make it a yearly trek. I get a new guitar and pick up a new frontline every Feb. For a year or two they did not print them. I guess I didn't get a new guitar on those years.......

Still would like to know what the heck is going on on the bottom photo on page 175?

Would you be so kind to explain the page in question for those of us who have not had a chance to pick up a copy yet? Because its about as annoying as someone saying,"I wish I can tell you what I just heard, but I can't." So why the heck did you bring it up in the first place? I mean is it a picture that looks like "Something is going on..." as in a sexual going's on, or is it "Something going on..." like Strats with Gibson headstocks going's on?

I'm just curious if this is a comical,"Hmmm, whats going on there?" Or if its something a bit more conspiracy-like, and a more serious-toned,"What the Heck is going on here!?!?!?!"

I guess you really have to see the photo to get the true weirdness.....But, it is a photo of an Asian man with a funny hat and mismatched shirt, a camera in his hand, translater headphones, checking out a Telecaster body and examining it as it were the Shroud of Turin while being catered to by what appears to be a Custom Shop employee.

I can only describe the weirdness to be akin to that of people who are freeked out by clowns.

Sorry to be mysterious but I thought these catologs were availible to all from their local Fender Dealer and were free for the asking. I live in a very small town and I get one every year. I wish Fender had them on line as PDF's for all to see. Heck, as a graphic artist I'd even prep the for the website on my dime.

Thanks, and carry on!

Well, I have a copy and I see exactly what you described but I have no idea what it means. It looks like someone about to take a picture of a Tele body.

By the way, I found my copy at my local Fender dealer. There was no stack of them as I've seen in the past. Just this one copy laying on the counter. Maybe it was the store's only copy, LOL.

The same photo appears in the Feb issue of Premier Guitar magazine, in the Fender University ad.
