ive seen cheap trick but i was pretty young and dont really remember it. the last comcert that i went to was .38 Special. they were awesome in concert, especially since it was inside and the sound was almost defenning. i would love to see either Chicago or Rush in concert, just cuz i think it would both be a hell of a show.

O.K. I'm going to give away my age here but this is sample list of who I have seen and roughly when the concert was.
The Beatles (Maple Leaf Gardens, 1965)
The Rolling Stones (Maple Leaf Gardens 1972)
Led Zeppelin (Maple Leaf Gardens 1971)
Grand Funk (Maple Leaf Gardens 1971 and Varsity Stadium 1973)
Neil Young (Massey Hall 1970)
Black Sabbath (Massey hall 1972)
The Who (Maple Leaf Gardens 1982)
Pink Floyd (Ivor Wynne Stadium 1975, Skydome 1988 and 1994)
Eric Clapton (Maple Leaf Gardens 1979, Skydome 1995, Air Canada Centre 2006)
Elton John (Skydome 2002 and Air Canada Centre 2006)
Paul McCartney (Maple Leaf Gardens 1976, Air Canada Centre 2003)
David Gilmour (Massey Hall 2006)
Robert Cray (Air Canada Centre 2006, he opened for Clapton)
The Eagles (Skydome 1995)
Styx (Exibition Stadium (1983)
The Beach Boys (Exibiton Stadium 1982)
The Moody Blues (Wonderland Kingswood Theatre 1988)
Live 8 Canada (Molson Park 2005)
Many more that I can't think of. It is a small list but a fairly diverse one. When one has been around as long as I, you get to see many great shows, and many not so great shows. The concerts I have listed here are stand outs in my memory as these were all terrific shows.

To Austin W.
Don't be jealous. I'm just lucky to live near Toronto, where we get many, many great artists appearing here with many great venues to watch them. Besides, I have been around for a long time.

Just saw John Mayer for the first time this last June (2007).

I know that there are those of you who would argue that John is not a realy guitarists, that he jsut stole his stuff from SRV, Jimi, Buddy, and B.B., but go the man live. There is no denying that he has mad fingers. The thing about him is he NEVER does any song the same. Live concerts are even better than the original albums, and those are pretty amazing.

He has a great stage presence too, and the backup singers and instrumentalists- keyboardists, trumpets, saxophonists- are of the highest caliber.

Pam :!:

Bob Dylan
some others I'll remember in a hour or so.

But here are the best:
Rolling Stones (too late quit touring, that sucks!)
BB King
Paul McCartney (same week as the stones)
Neil Young (2nd best, pauls Number 1)
and the Steve Miller Band

I'm sure I'll take a beating for this but....

Gn'R...? Not on anyone’s list? Amazing both with and without Slash...

I saw um twice in the early 90's and again last year in Baltimore...

When Axle finally shows up on stage... He is amazing!!! The last one in Balt was a great show.... First Sebastian Bach opened with Skid Row and then the Strippers hit the stage between sets. It was a brilliant move... The crowd (myself, my wife, my neighbor and his wife included) loved it.

The Gn'R (or really just Axle and his new band) hit the stage and WOW, what a show!
