What bands have you seen live that are worth mentioning?

I've seen a lot but the only ones really worth mentioning are:

-Megadeth
-The Red Hot Chili Peppers
-The Rolling Stones
-The Tragically Hip

In July I'm going to see RUSH!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

I like seeing smaller bands in clubs. Its more about the music than anything else. U2 are really great in concert. Rage Against the Machine at Coachella last month was awsome. The fourth time I've seen them and one of the best sets I've ever seen a band play. I really want to see the Police but I don't have tickets.

My favorite concert was seeing the Violent Femmes a few years ago. Other than that, most of my concert attendance has been at local shows.

i go to mostly local band shows at small clubs. i don't like spending more than $15 on a ticket. but i like being able to go to a small club, pay $5 to get in, and see a few really good bands. i don't like going to giant venues with thousands of people.

Earlier this year I had the chance to see The Who finally... amazing show even if Keith Moon wasn't drumming. Last night was The Police, but I didn't get to make it :(

Allman Brothers are a good time, as is Rat Dog...

The Paraplegic Millipedes are deffinatly worth checking out. www.myspace.com/theparaplegicmillipedes CHECK THEM OUT!!!! The live is pretty intense. The style is Heavily based around this odd mix of Jazz, Funk, and Alternative all stars including Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers( who I saw at Lollapalloza last year AMAZING!!!!) and Bella Fleck and Fleck Tones!!! Weird Right? Check it out. :shock:

Deftones --> Amazing
Breaking Benjamin --> Pretty Good
Metallica --> Awesome
Linkin Park --> Impressive
Three Days Grace --> Not good at all live
Chevelle --> almost made me cry because they were so bad live
