If I am not mistaken the Experience Music Project in Seattle has one of them.

Yeah the Hendrix Experience in Seattle has the white one he played at Woodstock.
The girl he was seeing in London at the time of his death (Monica) had the Black One he was playing in his last live performances but she past away recently so I dont know what happened to it.
Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top has a Pink one Jimi had given him.
I beleive Dwezil Zappa has a sunburst burnt up one.
Ive read he used to pick them up by the dozen from Manny's in NewYork and most of them are unaccounted for.
So there are probably quite few out there where the owners have no idea of their history.
If you came accross a '69 0r '70 Strat with a strap hole drilled in the lower bout and a reversed nut you would have to wonder huh?
But of course that would also be an easy way for a crook to fob off a stock instrument as a Jimi Guitar too.
