It hurts, you can't tell what notes you're picking, it tastes bad and as mentioned above, it feels gross.

Do yourself a favor and try playing behind your back instead.

I've done it, but it's really not that fun. I mean you could do it in front of an audience, but it's kind of a silly aesthetic for your guitar playing. My opinion is to just make a kick $@! solo that people can enjoy, rather than making a clumsy solo that people will only remember because you played with your teeth. That's my 2 cents. The only exception of course would be T Bone Walker and Hendrix :D

No, it was silly when they did it, too.

I think a lot of us have tried this before.

I know I tried it a while ago but have not had any attempts since.

I have a hard enough time playing with my hands. If your playing with your teeth your dentist is going to love you.

has anyone seen the face jimi hendrix does in the hey joe video? it tastes awfull, it feels wierd and i think you can get the hang of it, it's like when you are still learning tapping it sounds wierd. i'm pass 'smoke on the water riff's' with my teeth by now, i'm still working seven nation army solo but i think it will sound good by next week.
hey it's hard work for a sliy thing but it looks great for the audience

Its nothing more than showmanship. I would never even try playing with my teeth. I would think its dangerous in more ways than one.
