This guy i talk to at a music store says (same guy i got piezo from) that rotosound superwounds work best on piezo (for when i need to replace the strings on this bass)

i went to the rotosound website and the only roundwounds were the funkmaster, jazz66, and the billy sheehan sig

do u know what he is talking bout?

TG bro they updated their website, up until a month or so ago you could listen to a soundbite of all of their bass strings on the same page, who ever changed that should be made to wear a dunce cap for a long long time, the only ones you could'nt listen to are the roto bass the least expensive unsilked version of the nickel steel i have on love only because i like the piano sound very clean much sustain, but, try them all at the store ask the sales man which basses are strung with them and then let me know if it works because i need new strings myself (these were on her when i bought her in november last year),if not i know it will take awhile but listen on their site and remember the nickel steels sound the same silked or unsilked, oh, i don't what that guy was talking about d'addario's maybe? theres always the old standby fender .
