Just thought I'd throw this out there. So what will it be? What's the happiest, most loving, upbeat and joyfull song - in your opinion?

For me, I find it hard not to smile when I hear "Red Staggerwing" by Mark Knopfler and Emmylou Harris.

This isn't a "who's the best" contest. Just wanna hear lots of different ideas.

Good question! I'd have to say some of Queen's work.

Cause I can't name them all.

I'm not sure why, but the two songs that always make me happy are Smoky Robinson's "Tears of a Clown" and Led Zeppelin's "Misty Mountain Hop"

Two Jethro Tull songs from the Songs From the Wood album: "Cup of Wonder" and "Ring Out, Solstice Bells"

Oh, and "Birthday" by the Beatles.

There are countless songs I find uplifting, but one that sticks out for me right now. Wake Me Up On Judgement Day, by Stevie Winwood.

Blue Sky by the Allman Brothers. We had the guitarist at our wedding ceremony play an acoustic version.
