This one's called "Everything You Knew." Like I said in the video, I don't really remember writing it. I woke up and I had a short demo with the melody and fingerpicking patter and then some lyrics scribbled in my notebook. So it's almost like magic. Comments/criticism appreciated, as always.

I thought at the beginning, your voice was a bit off key, but other than that it was good. I liked the rhythm.

another good one bro, strumming rather then finger picking gives it a different listen i have a bro that writes on his acoustic and then when you hear his band play those songs its like the difference between a gently falling leaf and an avalanche , keep up the good work !

Again, your voice is a bit lazy. Maybe it would help if you sat up a bit straighter. Posture really is everything when you sing sitting down, though it is pretty hard with a guitar in your lap.

It's a bit much to me when you pick up that strum pattern from really chill, to way more upbeat. That may just be me though.

It's good though. Dude, you're a nice songwriter, and I love the way you put yourself out there, you actually share your music. It's great, thanks.

i really like this song, it's quite sid barrett like, performance not great but with practice will be great,
try playing the chords a few times over with out the singing .

get some tips from some people on here who know "music" in the theory form as to when you should be using which chords,
i.e if your playing a song that has minor chords they probebly won't all be minor and which ones should be major, or rather than a chord change adding another note to the chord sounds better.

what im saying might not be correct but the idea is,
i am just a self taught dude with a filthy blues hand but i knew a guy and he explained a bit about how things should be constucted, and how music works, and the biggest musical regret i have was not taking onboard what he was teaching me,
music theory may not be "rocknroll" but you can clearly hear the difference when somone is playing somthing that is musicly correct and makes a huge difference to your sound, performance and over all growth and ability.

keep writing and playing as much as you can i like your style, listen to some sid barret solo recordings for some insparation and keep em coming!

Thanks for taking the time to write such a long reply. I'll try to work on that.

Thanks all!

I like your songs. Your a very good writer and you also sing good and play the guitar good. I really cant critisize you. It would be cool if you made a CD. I would buy it and I bet you would sell many records. Keep rocking man. 8)
