Amsterdam is very happy for you! The guitar looks great. Isn't it just too cool that you're playing a guitar John Mayer played...!?
I bought my first fender last friday :) It's a usa sunburst deluxe...

Like your music on myspace by the way, very relaxing.

Cheers

Thank you very much partana! It is a very cool feeling, very surreal. Thats a beautiful first Fender to have! I was actually saving up for one of those or a JM signature strat this summer but I had to buy text books. Lucky (if that even begins to describe it) for me I won the Continuum Strat.

Congrats man... I'm glad to hear its found appreciating hands - play the hell out of it for me.

I'm a little jealous, but I've been intensely curious about whether or not the drawing even took place. I mean, there's not a lot out there on the main site after 'the sign-up is closed.'

Thx

JM

Thanks man... well I dont know the details but there was a drawing. I'm as random as it gets to be picked to win this contest. I'm just grateful to win such an incredible guitar.

JM eh? ... doesnt stand for John Mayer does it?

I wish that I could say yes to that... cuz it would mean that I've done naughty things with Jessica Simpson, but alas - I'm the other JM. First name John, last name M-A-R- (dammit)

The boy can play though - and I'm a fan. I mean, ever heard his 15 minute rendtion of 'Ain't Gone N' Give Up on Love' ? Pure Joy.

Anyway, treat your new girl nice, and I'm sure her Daddy, (John Cruz) raised her right. Congrats again. I've heard it played at Red Rocks and it sounded great then. can't imagine much has changed. Congrats again.
