Before i start, this is not a flame posting, or an attack, im just looking for opinions, and i am not putting down fender, i own one and love it for goodness sake!

A few folks i chat with online have been praising to the high heavens Bacchus guitars. They are a japaneese company who hand builds guitars at really affordable prices.

Im told that their version' s of tele's and strats are second to none, and for less than a grand you can get a guitar that would set you back many thousands from the fender custom shop.

Does anyone have one of these guitars, and if so, how do they compare to your fenders?
heres what i was looking ag:

I really don't know. Looks pretty cool, but try one out to see if you like it.

Yes, they are supposed to be top notch, high end quality.

Where have you seen any for sale for less than a grand?

Edwards guitars in Japan are made by the ESP factory which is supposed to be top quality.... the difference is that edwards are more affordable without using the ESP logo and they do have a lot of reputation in japan :)

i should'nt try to be funny most of the time it's not that funny , knock offs are just that unless their honoring what ever it is that they are copying and then claiming ... you can buy a fender new or other depending on the condition for just about any price , unless one wants to try a different make all together which can be risky why not try it at the store and then gently put it back and leave it there ? ( just kidding , not funny again )
