Entwistle, although he did use Fenders sometimes. And frankenbasses like the Fenderbird (Gibson T'bird body w/ Fender Jazz neck).

He used a lot of basses, always experimenting! Check out his collection in "The Kids are Alright"

There are others but those are some who come readily to mind. Some of these guys did at one time play Fenders, but then again many of my favorite Fender slingers also used other types of guitars.
