I started playing when I was 14 on a cheap takamine acoustic, then I got an incredible Martin Acoustic. Now, at age 17, I play a Mexi Strat and a Hamer SATQ, along with the two acoustics.

I started playing when I was 11. Started on a Kay 3/4 size beginner acoustic. I'm 53 now. Played professionally from the time I was 19 til I was 35. Play the occasional semi-pro thing now while working a "real job".

There have been too many guitars, basses and other pieces of gear to count since I started playing, but what I use now is:

Use a pedal board with an array of miscellaneous effects when needed.

I started Summer of 2005 at 52 and I am now 54

started at 11 on a no name acoustic and got a squier strat about a year later

got a lyon by washburn at 12 didnt strart playing till 13 though but i still have it because well that was 3 months ago

Started at 10 with a no name acoustic I picked up at a pawn shop.

I didn't Lose my mind, I traded it for this guitar.

I started at about 9 or 10.

I started at age 11 on a cheap acoustic guitar.

Now, at age 15, I play a Fender Squier Stratocaster.


I love my guitars and wouldn't give them up for anything, no matter how pathic the ones I used to play are. I love my guitars. I am a Fender person for life.

I started at 15 on an Ibanez Flying V (Gibson lookalike.) 17 years later I play an Eric Johnson Stratocaster as my #1.

I started around 10 with a squier strat and now i've got a MIM standard strat
