My drummer came up with the name "west and 44th" i want to see if i should add st. to the end of it. what do u guys think of it?

We already have the E Street band, and there is a band in the UK called The Streets. Although The Freeze does make a valid point, I'd still go with West 44th.

44 West

Sounds better, and although it is technically more like and address (44 West St), it's meaning is the corner you are referring to.

Plus 44 West is catchier, will remind some of a 44 magnum, or a 44 in the wild west, etc.

This sounds like a location in Manhattan. The Intrepid Aircraft Carrier Museum is docked at West 44 St.
