I have been a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years. Here in NJ, the majority of fire departments are volunteer - only the very urban areas are staffed with career firefighters. Here's a link to some pictures of a fire I was fighting at 3 am on Sunday morning. I was on the first arriving truck and first hoseline into the house.

I am also a bit of an amateur cook and have even met Bobby Flay! I do lots of reading on cooking and watch lots of cooking shows.

I just use McCormick's Cilantro Leaves. I add all the ingredients before cooking begins.

^ That Burrito recipe sounds awesome... You know the entire Fender lounge (myself included) is craving em now... :P

When I'm not playing, browsing, or GAS-ing(which is about 23 hrs a day),
I follow pro surfing online/fuelTV, I'd love to surf if I wasn't 2 hours from a frigid ocean. :( Oh well, I'm moving to Hawai'i soon enough! :D I used to drag race, but haven't done that in a few years...
I skateboard in my shop sometimes, living in a rural area makes it kinda tough to skate outside...

If I don't have a guitar or bass in my hands you'll likely find me spending time with my grandsons, working on one of my wife's endless projects around the house or working at my (gasp!) "real job".
