I almost forgot I like taking photos of Graves. We go to Graves yards all over looking for interesting markers and photograph them. I also take photos for "Find A Grave" for people who want photos of a family Grave posted that they can not get to because they don't live anywhere near.

That's not an uncommon pastime, there's some really nice cemetaries that photograph real well. Do you have an account on Webshots or somewhere?

FirstMeasure, you like to draw.

For some years I'd draw my '96 Lone Star Strat with Faber Castells Artists
Colour Pencils. For the body wood graining I have let me inspired by a
G&L guitar broshure (nice ash graining).

I find it difficult to draw strings, I have let them white with a bit of grey.
Do you have a tip for me to make it better?

many thanx.

Cheers :D

I usualy suggest strings with the hardest scketching pencil I have on hand, like a 2h is what I have in my pencil holder right now. I'm certinly no realist, my sketchings and drawing are somewhere between Shel Silvertien and Mort Drucker III(Well, Mort Drucker's probably wishful thinking).

I tend toward Grey Scale, charcoals and stuff.

I have just the free one on WebShots I will have to put some of the more interestting ones on there. I do have a lot of them on the site Find A Grave http://www.findagrave.com/ thats the one we will do seaches for people off of and post them but you have to reduce the quality of the photo because of file size that they allow. I use photo shop and save them all on disc we also photo old buildings when we here they are going to take them down and save there photos.

I have been a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years. Here in NJ, the majority of fire departments are volunteer - only the very urban areas are staffed with career firefighters. Here's a link to some pictures of a fire I was fighting at 3 am on Sunday morning. I was on the first arriving truck and first hoseline into the house.

I am also a bit of an amateur cook and have even met Bobby Flay! I do lots of reading on cooking and watch lots of cooking shows.

I'm a photographer so when I'm not playing guitar, I'm either editing photos or taking them. Or taking photos of my guitars...

I like cars and guitars. So when I'm not playing guitar I'm working on a car. Usually during the day. Currently I'm trying to figure out how to get enough money to take a Hooked on Driving session. It looks like fun but you need a decent sport car.

Lately I've been working on a couple of guitar related projects which I hope to post to myspace if I can get them to work.

You can check out my homemade Stewmac there if you are really bored.

Just follow my Avatar.

I try to find time for songwriting, UConn Huskies basketball and a little photography. Unfortunately, I work long hours and entertain clients some evenings which cuts into my free time.

Wednesday night I'll be out with a vendor, but UConn is playing Syracuse at 7p EST followed by Duke v UNC. I hope we end up in a sports bar or similar.

When I was in college I was a trainer for the men's basketball team - in the Atlantic 10 days.

It could be worse . . . you could be a DePaul grad!

I remember the Huskies as a powerhouse in the old Yankee Conference. Then they joined the Big East and slugged it out with Seton Hall to see who would finish last every year. Last was 7th (and later on 8th) place back in the day. Jim Calhoun is worth every dime we pay him.

Here's a tip: recycle left over pot roast into lasagna or spegetti instead of ground beef or sausage.
