Haha, I wish I could sing and play at the same time!
My noes goes up and down when I talk though, and when I serve with volleyball, and it's a nice one, and I'm real concentrated, I'll make an "aauh" sound.
Then my teammates laugh at me

Yes, my mouth moves mostly on big bends and slides. Don't get me wrong, I'm not making faces like B.B. King . . . nobody can beat the King in that category.

I once heard him say he used to laugh at people that made faces while they played . . . until he saw a video of himself! Clapton, on the other hand, shows very little emotion.

It's harder than it seems, but some people do it with no trouble at all.

It takes Practice, but there's nothing more rewarding than finally getting it.

I make different facial expressions with my eyes when I play. I was never aware of it until my wife pointed it out. For awhile afterwards I was very conscious of it, then just decided to not let it bother me.

Years ago I would chuckle at folks making "guitar faces" while playing. The humor went away when I found out that I do it too.

No mouth-moving, but 'still have to fight making 'guitar face' while playing bass in church, even after currently 133 Masses / services.

Only when I'm singing... My drummer blinked whenever he hit the snare. In fact, I just saw him in the band he's with now and he still does it!

Just a little but my friend does it a lot. I only do it when I play a good song and kind of just sing very quietly.
