You could try Pandora radio at pandora.com and specify an artist, genre or song and it tries to shape your own custom streaming radio.

If you have AIM for instant messages, they have stereo music channels with different types of music, 24 hours a day. They have classic blues, women blues artists, electric blues....I often have it on, while I'm online on the puter. Also.....if you have Comcast cable TV......they have a 24 hr. blues channel in stereo, which gives all kinds of trivia on the song being played, on the TV screen. I often listen to that.

Alas, my favorite Blues station on Live365, The Pilot's Lounge, went "VIP" so I would have to subscribe to hear it again. I'm going to miss it.

Others that are still free on Live365.com . . .
Bandit Blues Radio - One of the most popular!
Classic Blues Radio - American Blues Masters
Dreamland Blues Radio - One I've just added.

Our local broadcast, "The Sunday Morning Blues with Dar" can be heard on three hour-long mp3's that can be found at . . .

If oyu use firefox, get the last.fm (fire.fm) plug in. It streams radio for ya. You can type in an artist/band name, and it will play songs by them and similar artists. if you create an account you can set up a preferred list, and it will play stuff on that list, plus similar artists, so your list can grow the more you listen.
