They're great Squiers. I have one too, but it's on loan to a friend so I can't take a pic either.

Not too shabby for a guitar made in Indonesia.

Actually from my experiences, a properly set up Squier Standard Series Tele (which I own 5 of) are just as good as any MIM Fender I have played...Don't let the name on the headstock, the place of origin, or the price fool you. I have played for over 20 years, and the quality of guitars that can be found these days under $350 has increased dramatically from when I first started playing...in fact, the quality is so good, I don't ever see myself spending more than $350 on a guitar ever again...

Yeah, Remember Mako Guitars and Gorilla Amps. They sounded so bad and played so stiff, wouldn't stay in tune for 2 minutes. Now you can get a Great Practice Amp and a Good Squier for the price of one bad Mako.

Its funny you mention Gorilla, as my very first amp was a Gorilla Tube Cruncher combo. In fact I still have the thing...Serial Number 725...I think the year on the back says 1986...So I have a vintage Gorilla amp

 That's so cool. I don't know anyone that still has their old Gorilla, and There was one in every bedroom back in the 80's. When our generation gets old and starts retiring, that might be worth a lot to a collector. 8)

Congrats. I have been fighting GAS for a few weeks. Need to hold off some more. Keep playing. If you do get a chance to post pics later, love to see it. Enjoy.
