1. who has the craziest facial expressions while soloing?
2. who has the most calm face while soloing?

3. who moves around the most while soloing?
4. who move around the last while soling?

I say...
1. B.B. King or Robert Cray :)
2. hmm..Eric Johnson? his "solo face" isnt really that crazy...though his playing is

3. Jimmy Page! haha
4. The late B.B. King...he sits when he plays so not much movement

-I admire all these players; I'm not saying who's better than who...

I remember on an old episode of Headbangers Ball, back when Adam Curry hosted it, they had Joe Satriani in as a guest co-host. He was going to show Adam some tricks on the guitar, it ended up being a facial expression while playing guitar lesson. Joe said that when you do a solo, you should do this sort of pouty/pucker thing with your mouth and lips like you just put a piece of hot baked potato in there and you are trying to cool it off...Seriously, this is no joke, this was the lesson....Then if you were doing something really wicked or hard on the guitar, still make the pouty/pucker face, but then partially close your eyes or squint a little bit...

The mouth pucker thing was similar to this...

Also, love the marshall stack guitar :)

Second would be John Mayer. He has some disturbing tongue-thing going on. Rather revolting when he sings. He looks like a Downes kid.

I agree on the Pete Townsend pick. That guy was all over the place really hammering out the power chords - great to watch!

Ted Nugent put on a good show too!
