Years ago, I had an Ovation Cat System amplifier with high frequency horns. The horns would pick up two-way radio transmissions of trucks and cabs going by. I could never stop it from happening. I've never heard of a pedal causing this kind of problem.

when you use your wah are you also using a fuzz distortion? if you are theres the problem if not i dont have a clue. wahs havent been known to pick up radio waves.

No distortion, just straight wah pedal. I moved my rig into different rooms, away from radios and computers and it still does it.

And for whatever reason it seems to be worse in the Twilight.

It is definitely worse at night. Waves move easier through the atmosphere at night?
Anyways, I do believe it could be the amp. I'm going to move my pedals away from the amp, and check all of the tubes. Thanks everyone!

My friends crappy $10 distortion pedal did the same thing. It freaked me out because we could hear voices talking. then we realized it was coming from his amp

my old amp (a little fender fm ) used to pick long ranged amateur radio also!
i partialy covered it in foil, and i kinda solved the problem. it get's worse during the night because of the atmospher's phisics... they kinda boost all signals during the night
