There are so many but if I had to choose one it would be Patrick Simmons from the Doobie Brothers. The man can play just about any style and he does it very well.

I know he isn't the best, but I really like Angus Young. I just really like his style of playing. I also respect him for reaching rockstar status and never doing any drugs or hard drinking.
