the Broadcaster was sued by Gretsch, and now look at Gretsch today, who owns it? Fender, isn't that ironic?

Fender distributes Gretsch, but Gretsch is still its own seperate entity...atleast I believe that's how it is...I may be wrong.

Gretsch didn't sue, they just asked Fender to C&D use of the trademark, and Fender complied. And Gretsch is still owned by the Gretsch family. but they have a production and distribution deal for the guitars with Fender (Kaman has distribution on the drums).

So much for irony! :D
