When will we see manufacturers offering Reliced amps?

Fender could be a the front of this craze! If they aren't already on the market, that is. Discuss.

Yeah they were both meant to be relic's but looked nothing like a well gigged amp. no matter how well you look after a gig amp rips and stains happen. They both looked to me like they were old but unused.

I believe I've seen a few "road worn" amps by Fender. There might be one in the Custom Shop calendar. I went to GC today and saw the Road Worn series in person. If they were free I'ld get one, but for that much I would prefer a "new" guitar.

Oh yeah. I now recall seeing some "reliced" Fender amplifiers coming out of the Custom Shop as a set with a guitar. From the pics I saw, they looked pretty realistic to me.

Tweed can age in different ways, depending on what's spilled on them, I guess!
