Anybody know of a way to find what Fender Speical Runs (FSR) are available? I've seen listings for a Western Tele, sort of a cross between a Classic 50s and a Baja, but I just stumbled upon them. Is there a way to see all FSRs?

Since the FSRs are done for individual stores/chains, my guess is that there isn't a way to see all of the ones available. If so, that's too bad: it would be cool to see all of the FSRs and might even help the sales.

Hello Dickens ,

Looks like only 250 of those
western telecasters were made.
Ash body with Texas Tele pickups.
I'd like to get my hand on one for a bit.

Cheers.

I always felt there should be some record of FSR's out there. I think my '88 be a Special Run for Guitar Center, but I'd like to know for sure. I'd also like to know if the Red and White Polka Dot Buddy Guy Strat is FSR or just an option.

Hey Mr. Bill

Me neither. there was also a White with Black dots the Musicians Friend was offering at the same time, I've never seen one of those anyplace either.

I saw the black with white and the white with black at the same place..

A Buddy guy Concert, but no red

Actually, I have only seen the black with white one in a store though. It seemd pretty good, but it was right beside the Eric Johnson one, so my hands just seemed to magically move over.
