After going to Guitar Center's web site and printing off exactly what I wanted so my wife could pick one up, they gave her one and said it was the same item#. Needless to say it wasn't the right size :x The one they gave her wasn't even the same brand and no size dimensions printed on the package. So I thought I would try direct from the company Graph Tech Guitar Labs.

I've mentioned these guys so much in the past few days, people will probably think I am on their pay roll or something. For the record, I was I was, but I am not.

If you are trying to get these saddles for your Squier, I suggest GuitarFetish.com as they specialize in parts for imported, like Squier is, guitars. Squier parts and Fender parts are not as interchangeable as many people would like or perceive, because many of the Squier part measurements are either metric, or metric conversions of Fender specs which are usually in inches. Not all Squier parts/measurements are like this, but enough to make things difficult sometimes to find the right sized parts when modding or upgrading...

Actually It's for the Esteban. It was so hard to play when first got it I shave the saddle(first time trying something like that) and I shave a little to much. Plays pretty good now but has some fret buzz on the low e and B stings when played at the upper end. Oh well rookey mistake.
Graph Tech has one that 2 7/8 x 1/8 X 7/16 all compensating that I believe will work. I'll just try and bring up the high side up some. Also the stings(which have been replaced) are cutting in to the existing saddle which makes it even worse. I thing for just a few dollars more they could have made a decant beginner guitar and I guess in the past they were a lot worse. Anyway the art work is pretty cool.

I have Graph Tech bridges on both my AmStd Strats. I order direct from Graph Tech and never had any problems.

You can also find good deals on Graph Tech and Tusq stuff on eBay. Just make sure you order it from someone who states its in the original packaging, as there are some sellers who say its Graph Tech or Tusq but that it comes unpackaged, so while it may be what they say it is, how can you actually know?

The people at GraphTech are fabulous. If you have a question about what saddles to buy for your guitar just give them an email or phone call.
