+1 I use 9-42 also in ten packs.

Ernie Ball Super Slinkys. My favorite by far.

I used to use Dean Markley Blue Steel but switched to D'Addario 10's early last year on both acoustic and electric more or less because that's what the local guitar tech suggested. I've been very satisfied with the switch.

I just bought a set of D'Addario's as a test. I used to use Dean Markley for a while... I've used Fender... I've used Ernie Ball... I go through phases. And just when I find a brand I think I'm gonna stick with, I try something else.

D'Addario EXL120s (9-42) are what I use on my Electrics. I use D'Addario EJ16 Phosphor Bronze (12-53) on my one Acoustic.

Ernie Ball Super Slinky or GHS Boomers are what I usually use...but to be honest I don't really care or notice a big difference...I know a lot of people will tell you their favorite but if you ask me it just doesn't matter once you figure out a gage.
