Hi Fender Frontline,

I'm just adding a confirmation that Fender have invested wisely in developing the AmpliTube Fender software [http://www.ikmultimedia.com/fender/gear/] and the AmpliTube Fender Studio [http://www.ikmultimedia.com/fender/versions/] ...These are real winners!

Fantastic software and great technology partner, who builds robust software and hardware!

May Fender shine ...in 2009! ;-)

Regards
:-R

P.S. Thanks for including your international readers in the '2009 Kickoff' Competition!

The collection will also feature 12 original matching cabinets, nine mics and six signature classic stomp effects and six rack effects. Of course, like all AmpliTube products, you can mix and match amps, cabinets and effects.

AmpliTube Fender will also work with AmpliTube X-Gear which allows you to mix and match any of the AmpliTube products together.

AmpliTube Fender will cost $229.99 and AmpliTube Fender Studio will cost $139.99. Both products will be available in February 2009."

Hi tomk',

IK Multimedia certainly have invested some effort to think about creating options for users and the 'Stealthplug' is a great interface to kick-off anyone's interest in the virtual amp software.

Additionally, I'm keen to trial the 'Amplitube Fender' at the first opportunity. On my wish list is to see if they come up with virtual pedals that 'break-the-mould' like a virtual Whammy!

Regards,
:-R

You are right, distorsion must be very hard to emulate, but I hope this plug in can deliver a really nice bite. I can´t wait to hear the Virboverb and the clean tones of the Deluxe!

Hello all, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Drew Bach, and I work for IK Multimedia. I wanted to first say what an honor it has been to work with Fender with this collaboration. The results have been better than anyone could have expected, and we are all really excited for the world to try the results!

I just wanted to take a moment to point out the new video and audio demos. All recordings were done with no studio post processing-just the straight signal from the application. Hopefully it will give you an idea what to expect. We expect a demo and the shipping version to be available in the coming weeks, but till then you can hopefully get a taste of what to expect.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know! 8)

Cheers,

Drew
