I used to go through picks like crazy, but a couple of years ago i got a rubber pick that is actually really comfortable. It fits my hand perfectly. It has a lot of scratches and stuff on it because it's the only one i ever use.

I don't want to lose it though because i love it and i forgot where i got it from. Somewhere in Arkansas...

I have lost it about 15 times now, but miraculously i always find it again. :D

I use Dunlop Nylon picks and they last forever, unless I am scrapping it down the sides of the strings.

I use the Dunlop nylon picks as well, seem to hold up pretty good and when the dog gnaws on them I can just pitch 'em and break out a new one.

I once got so attached to a pick that I drilled a hole in it and carried it around my neck. You wouldn't believe how impractical it was.

Nowadays I can't even stick to one slide, I collect all kinds of sizes and materials
