When using the tuner, does it have 2 arrows that light up when you are in tune? After tuning, do you go back through and recheck the strings? As you tighten the strings resistance is pulled on the neck causing the other strings previously tuned to detune. Example--Tune low to high E strings and start over with low E. Once I have all strings tuned at the same time, I have no problems being out of tune with chords. Hope this helps.

Glad to see you have your string fixed :) However if your tuner is set and it signals all chords correct I assume it is in tune. How long have you been playing?
