I have a Chinese Dragon figure and a couple of small tiki shot mugs (use them for picks, headphone adaptors, nail clippers, etc) sitting on mine. I have a couple of picks & autographed ticket stubs to go down when I set it up further. I've seen one person with die-cast motorcycles. How have you set up your practice area?? Furniture...rugs...tchotchkes....special mementos???

I decorate mine with empty beer cans, apparently.

Looks like I got some cleanin' up to do.

Clutter is distracting. I`m also an Oil Paint and sketching artist and find when my work area is messy it becomes more of a hinderance than anything else. I keep my practice area clean so I can concentrate better.

My practice area is my room, which is also my studio... I just opted for the posters approach! Does the mess count as decoration?! :)

Pics, people...pics!!! Show your sanctum sanctorum!!!! :D

(and show off your rigs again)

Yes, clutter counts as decoration but only if used as inspiration as well!!!!

I recently decided to convert the room next door to this one, I'm hoping in a few weeks I'll have it ready for all my gear.

I decorate my practice room with a big drumkit and little chippings of guitar headstock knocked off on the cymbals.

The only real decorating I've done is I put an "FBI" sticker on the inner handle on the side of my Marshall cab. Oh, and FBI is short for "Female Body Inspector," thank you very much.

I practice mostly in my living room. It has a couch, Television(turned off when I play), 2 recliners, and a few tables. Nothing special and not worthy of a picture. My wife thought it would be cute to have my guitars hanging on the wall, plus it got them off the stands on the floor.

My old Area wasn't decorated. I liked the Stark bare walls with nothing but Gear around.

My new area is gonna be more like a Lazy, Cofortable Den, or a Politicians Office. I'll show you when I'm done.

Thats more like it! Mine is my small area of the house that I can call my own.....until we wall it up and it becomes a bedroom for my oldest son. :( I've noticed in a lot of gear pic threads that people have their areas set up and personalized, and just thought it would be cool to see what other people have done.
