Tomorrow I am going to get up around 8:00am, make a pot of joe, pick up all of the Christmas wrapping paper and boxes, get the house "squared away", move the kids outdoors for some winter fun, then put on Claptons "From the Cradle" pull out the Telecaster and play some blues with Eric.

From the Cradle - Always liked that CD. Think I'll play it right now.

My wife got me that CD for Christmas! Haven't gotten around to listening to it yet, but if that's your idea of a day, it must be good. :)

I was up in the attic getting the tree down a few days ago, and found some old cd's. Amongst them, a four cd set Crossroads, by Eric Clapton. It's actually a pretty stunning set, the booklet etc is still in perfect condition. I'm sure I got a framed portrait with this too, it's up there somewhere. Like another christmas present

Just looking at the sleeve, this set includes The Yardbirds, John Mayall and EC, Cream, Blind Faith, Delaney and Bonnie and friends, Derek and the Dominos, and the man himself on the last cd.

My apologies, I've no idea why this was posted three times

Friday with the Boss, not a bad idea to jam along with such a nice collection of songs. I think I'm gonna look into it too.

Claude.

Snowy,

Sounds like a full day of EC and friends for you. How exciting is that?!?!

I simply love listening and playing music!

Not had much chance last couple of days, been a bit busy with the kids, family, friends.
Tomorrow will make up for it though.
Appetite been whetted, seems like Clapton's going to be the starting point !!

Some of us are just too "quick to the trigger" always looking for the perfect note - on the fretboard or the keyboard................
