I received a rug and also after I sold my regular blues junior my girlfriend paid the difference to get a NOS Blues Junior, and a amp stand (not pictured). Their was more but the others are not music related. Good Christmas.

My wife bought me a glass slide and From the Cradle by Clapton. We'd recently had to replace a burnt-out computer, so we decided to give each other small gifts this year. :)

I also bought myself a Boss BD-2 pedal, so as to get the grit I wanted without always having to crank my amp.

My lady's son gave me a Modtone Speedbox - check one of those out. I will admit I do not know much about pedals but I certainly am enjoying playing with this one!! Inexpensive but tasty!

Many years ago my wife gave me my first Tascam multitracker (later upgraded to a Yamaha AW-1600). This year she gave me a cute little Boss Micro BR four tracker.

Now there's really no excuses for not getting down to work, no matter where!

Cheers - C

Although it is not directly music related, but is related in a round about way I got a 22in. LCD Monitor. Now I will have 2 monitors and able to open more than one of my recording programs at one time and not have to play the open/close game to do stuff.

Duals are great! You will love it. I also use a 22" and they make things much easier.

Squier Vintage-Modified Thinline (bought on black Friday new for $240, but the kids gave it to me on Xmas)

This guitar comes spec'd exactly the way I wanted a Thinline (better than its Fender counterparts IMO):
alder body, modern 6-saddle bridge (instead of 3), 22-fret neck, rosewood fb, a Gibson-esque 24.75" scale, 7.25” radius neck, the '69 single-coil configuration

This guitar is beautiful, and I love its unique individual look. It is very cool that Fender allows the upscale "shoreline gold" color for it (it also comes in run-of-the-mill black).
The first big bonus was the perfect setup right out of the box (minus tuning, of course). This guitar did not need even one small tweak, coming to me with
ideal intonation, action, and pup height. Shocking.

Fit, finish, and quality are extremely high considering the price. The neck is particularly well fitted, detailed and finished. Second shock. As for the the DD pickups,
they provide some real nice tones. They are definitely fine for now, but will likely be changed out for some used Tele MIA Std pups later on. This guitar easily
rivals many much more expensive guitars. I am really diggin' it...

I'm new to the guitar playing world, I just bought Squire Strat starter package, that comes with a frontman 15g amp, strap, soft case, tuner and DVD. :D I dont think the wife thinks I can learn to play guitar but I'm going to give it a shot. She should be happy I gave her a puppy
