Hey ho Mr Bill :D ,

I actually did this at Traquair Fayre last summer, it's a lot of fun. I'll hopefully be at the Big Hugmanay party (that's how it's pronounced here) in Glasgow city centre on the 31st. I hope you have a great festive season, with your loved ones. All the very best :D

One of my favourite venues is Rockers on midland street in glazgow. Waitress service, all in high heeled boots and short skirts. Glazgow centre on the whole suprised me, very peacable, friendly and clean. Deffo not deserving of the bad rep it gets sometimes.

Glasgow is one of the most friendly cities in the world, I'm glad you experienced that nik. I know a few places in town, that are great nights out. I'm going to King Tuts Wah Wah Hut next week, to see a band. I might take a look in Rockers beforehand, make a night of it

I'm just wondering if that's Mr Bill's own photo. Be charming to think one of those fireballs was being wielded by our own Mr Bill!

Anyway: good luck tomorrow, Snowy!

Cheers - C

PS Yes, I found Glasgow very nice too. Dunno what Billy Connolly was talking about...

Hello Ceri,

Nope not my fireball.
I dipped that pic out of photobucket.
Taken in Stonehaven just south of Aberdeen.

Cheers

Ah, first footing on Hogmanay. That brings back some fond memories...

But I don't remember fireballs. Then again, there are some gaps in my memory around that time of year...Princes Street in Edinburgh on New Years Eve is something everyone should experience...

Hop,

I didn't want to take over the other thread, thus I'm replying to you here. Things didn't go well today at all, the news was all bad. I did try to PM you buddy, but it seems this service is disabled. I have to go back in the morning for some more blood tests, and chat to some professor about the next move. I'm staying positive, and keeping my chin up. I look at it this way, things can't get much worse  Thanks for asking Hop, I hope all is well with you and yours.
