How should I set my bass amp's equalizer settings if I'm playing Alternative/Rock songs like Fall Out Boy and Paramore?

It's a Centaur with these settings:
40 HTZ, 140 HTZ, 400 HTZ, 1.5 HTZ, and 4000 HTZ.

Thanks :)

Set it so that it sounds good to you :D

Seriously, it depends on a lot of factors:

what Bass are you playing?
stock pickups or aftermarket?
how large a room are you playing in?
how loud are you playing?
what are the vol/tone settings on your bass?

It all makes a difference
