I just got picked up to "sit in" on a blues gig in the park this Sunday.
Wait . . . it gets better . . . . my son is going to be playing bass :D .

My son thinks that guitars are for old geeks and that computers are the new frontier for making music. The only thing that bothers me about that is that he may be right.

I got to play in a backing band at my daughter's guitar recital blues night. we did some Muddy Waters, Crossroads, and a bunch of other stuff and I had a blast. The only bad part was getting shown up by 10-15 years olds, but it was still fun.

i saw a all kid band at a open house party in a harley davidson dealership and they were great.
