So with the addition of the Forum's and riff sharing on here is there any plan of doing away with the Players Club or some how incorporating it with the Forum?

I really hope that doesn't get axed. There's some great stuff on there! Some of the lessons really helped me out.

The Player's Club is nice. There's a lot of useful lessons in there. I see no reason why it should be cut off.

It's still up and running http://www.fenderplayersclub.com/, just not showing on the Fender links.

i agree I do not want to see it cut off either, I was just curious if the Fender Web Team had any plans to incorporate it with the Community or Forum, since the link off the main page is gone.

I just joined the Players Club and spent some time looking around. I like what I see there and look forward to trying some of the lessons on there. Seems pretty straight forward for a beginner. Thanx for the link..... 8)

The Players Club was the place for lessons from valuable Artists, but Fender can't make any money off the site, so we have to pay like every corporation wants people to for a product. I think it stinks but what can you do unless some artists get together and open a website for the little guy.

Pretty much dead now, from the website:

FenderPlayersClub.com was a joint venture of
Hal Leonard Corporation and Fender Musical Instruments Corporation.
