It will vary depending on your location.

Also, the type of frets...standard or stainless steel.

A good starting point would be a least $200.00 from a reputable pro luthier. I paid nearly $300.00 for a stainless steel re-fret. It is better than new...that I can remember...it has been a while.

The extra cost with the stainless steel frets is outdone with the extra life I should get out of the job. It is my lifetime instrument, so it was worth it.

I read another thread that stated that it could cost as much as $350. I had one of my necks refretted 8 years ago and it cost me $200 total.

$12 to $14 a fret. Replacement frets can be had for 15.00 a set for stock frets. To do a fret job you have to look at what else may have to do to the neck. Also the old Fenders had there frets put in from the side they never come loose and they are harder to remove so you have to be even more careful to avoid chipping.

I think they stop during that in 1980-81

In some cases it can almost be cheaper to buy a new new neck.

Thats in most cases if you are getting all the frets replaced. Unless you have a nice vintage neck you want to keep you may just as well go to Warmoths and spend 3 hundred and get quality a new one. It all depends on how attached you are to the old one. Plus I am not a fan of buying used necks because I think it most case when something goes wrong with a guitar where someone parts it out that it's a neck issue much of the time because most other problems can be fixed easy enough.

Roughly $200 - $400. Depends on where it's done and whom you have do it.
