Not as scary as waking up in the morning to find Lemmy in bed next to you, wearing your wifes nightgown, eating a chicken drumstick.

Not something I've experienced, but a scary thought none the less.

We've all done that...

That whole CD, "Metal Xmas", is great!

Quite a few of the tunes can be heard on Youtube.

You want scary? I once slept in the same bed as Joe Strummer (true).

...Well, OK: he'd vacated that bed about two weeks earlier, and I was promised that the sheets had been changed. But you just never know...

Haha! That gives me an idea for a new thread. What's the weirdest place you've ever slept? Not exactly a Fender thing but gigs, travel etc - who knows?

Cool solo!

A faithful nod to the Chuck Berry backbeat including the recurring guitar figure running underneath. The vocal is consistent with anything which might have a ZZTop influence, regardless of who is on the mike.

Always enjoyed having that song come around every year. Thanks for the heads up.

whilst being quite the motorhead fan i've got to say i prefer chuck berrys version. Lemmy always cites berry as being his biggest influence.

There's a Lot of Billy Shehan on it, too. And I can't wait to hear the whole thong. Alice Cooper, Vinny Appice, Billy Sheehan, and John 5 all together.

Hopefully all this talent does something less seasonal a little later on.

I bought the cd yesterday. It rocks. Billy is cool (as always) and Lemmy is out-freaking-standing!

Ronnie Dio and Tony Iommi are ominous as heck on "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen"

and

Sadly, Geoff Tate sounds like crap singing "Silver Bells"
